项目开了很久了，原来还想关注这里的办公，就是商业部分，但是一直不对外开放销售。


后来觉得这里做投资 办公室 还是不如未央路的大氛围好，所以放弃购买办公，选择了住宅。


因为红旗厂的原因，这里的学校比较多，还是可以 考虑入手的，对面的高级中学很火啊
